Cancellations, refunds, and changes to ticket content after purchase will not be accepted for any reason due to customer convenience.

Customers who purchased tickets through e+ or CN Playguide will receive refunds in accordance with the rules of each playguide. • Entry:
On the day of the performance, please present the ticket screen on your smartphone (such as a Smart Ticket) or the printed ticket you received at the entrance.
• Re-entry:
Re-entry is prohibited at this event.
• Age Restrictions/ID Check (Important):
Those under the age of 20 will not be allowed entry.
All guests must present a government-issued photo ID upon entry. Please note that you will not be allowed entry if your identification cannot be verified.
