申込者、および同行者は、それぞれ、下記＜有効な本人確認書類＞の内いずれかをお持ちください。
「顔写真付きの身分証」は１点、「顔写真なしの身分証」は必ず２点をお持ちください。

公演当日にご本人確認ができない場合は、ご入場をお断りする場合がございます。
またその場合のチケット代金、ご購入にかかったお手数料のご返金はお受けできませんので、あらかじめご了承ください。

出入国用のパスポート
マイナンバー個人番号カード ※マイナンバーの通知カードは不可

療育手帳
在留カード
特別永住者証明証
上記以外の、 氏名、現住所、生年月日の3項目が確認できる顔写真付き公的証明書

Both the applicant and accompanying person must bring one of the following valid forms of identification.
Please bring one form of photo ID and two forms of non-photo ID.

(Expired IDs are not accepted/copies are not accepted)

If we are unable to verify your identity on the day of the performance, you may be denied entry.
Please note that in such cases, ticket prices and purchase fees will not be refunded.
